High-performers burn out when expectations climb and their systems stay the same.

Most organisations invest in strategy, leadership frameworks, and wellbeing initiatives. Very few equip people to redesign how work gets done in a healthy way.

The Habit Lab teaches people how to turn priorities into daily behaviours that finally stick.

We instil the conditions for people to do their best work.

Claire Jackson is the Founder and Chief Habits Officer of The Habit Lab, a #1 bestselling author and one of Australia's leading certified Tiny Habits® practitioners. With over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, she combines behavioural science with lived experience to help ambitious people build better habits without compromising their wellbeing.

Her work is deeply personal. After navigating chronic illness and burnout, Claire used behavioural science to rebuild her own life, starting with one small daily habit. That experience became the foundation of the practical habit design models she’s now shared with thousands of students, researchers and professionals across Australia.

A 2025 AusMumpreneur Gold Award winner, featured on ABC, Channel 9 and Today Extra, and co-author of the #1 bestselling book Trust & Transformation, Claire brings science, humour and humanity to behaviour change. Her mission is to make lasting change achievable for every body and every busy brain.

“I wish I had this program once a year during my entire degree!

It helped explain how to build routines for life as a student. Very insightful and I am thankful I showed up for myself.”
