Claire Jackson | Founder + Chief Habits Officer
Claire (she/her) created The Habit Lab to help people stop relying on willpower and start designing smarter habits that stick. After using behavioural science to rebuild her own life, Claire developed The Habit Lab Framework™ – a practical, science-backed system that helps clients turn intentions into real progress without burnout.
With 20+ years in education, an MBA, and national recognition including the 2025 AusMumpreneur One to Watch Award and being a 2026 Women Changing the World Emerging Leader finalist, Claire blends credibility with hands-on tools for real-world change.
She’s a Certified Tiny Habits® Coach, a systems-thinker with a big vision, and a proud mum to one snack-loving ‘tiny’ human who keeps her grounded and laughing daily.
