Meet Claire

FOUNDER & CHIEF HABITS OFFICER™

Claire Jackson (she/her) helps schools, universities, and public sector teams cut through the chaos and build prevention-first habits that actually stick.

Claire is a living case study of the power of habits. After using behavioural science to rebuild her own life, she developed her signature framework to help others do the same - one Tiny Habit® at a time.


Founder of The Habit Lab and a Certified Tiny Habits® Coach, she’s known for translating behavioural science into practical, human-first tools that drive positive change. With 20+ years in education, an MBA, and award-winning credentials in skills development, Claire doesn’t just deliver programs - she helps shift culture.

The Habit Lab was created on Kaurna Land. We pay our respects to Kaurna Elders past and present, and acknowledge their ongoing connection to Country and community as a daily tiny habit. We honour the wisdom, culture and stories of all First Nations peoples across Australia, and their deep understanding of rhythm, habit, and learning through lived experience.
