Habit Bootcamp™ is a 12-week cohort experience for early career professionals, researchers and emerging leaders ready to redesign how work happens and master a system for a burn-out free career.
Participants don’t just learn skills. They practice a shared system across a 66-day behaviour-change window (Lalley, 2009). Through in-person workshops, practical tools, and online accountability, participants turn intentions into action, sustain performance, and strengthen culture.
