meet Claire

Claire Jackson is the Founder and 'Chief Habits Officer' of The Habit Lab, and one of Australia's leading certified Tiny Habits® practitioners. With 20+ years in education and organisational development, she blends behavioural science with lived experience to help high-performers at every stage build habits that actually stick.

Her journey is deeply personal. After years of chronic illness and burnout, Claire used behavioural science to rebuild her own life, starting with one (tiny) daily habit. That experience became the foundation of the signature models she’s now shared with thousands of students, researchers and professionals through The Habit Lab.

A 2025 AusMumpreneur "One to Watch” Award winner featured on ABC, Channel 9, and Today Extra, Claire is trusted by organisations globally — on a mission to make lasting behaviour change something every body and busy brain can do.
