Claire Jackson (she/her) helps schools, universities, and organisations cut through the chaos and build prevention-first habits that actually stick.

Claire is a living case study of the power of habits. After using behavioural science to rebuild her own life, she developed her signature RESET Framework™ to help others do the same - one habit at a time.


Founder of The Habit Lab and a Certified Tiny Habits® Coach, she’s known for translating behavioural science into practical, human-first tools that drive positive change. With 20+ years in education, an MBA, and award-winning credentials in skills development, Claire doesn’t just deliver programs, she helps shift culture for good.
